Refund Policy

During the Beta period, beginning on April 1, 2026, we apply a simple and transparent refund policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment
• No reason is required
• Available to all paying users during the Beta period
• Access will be terminated within 24 hours after the refund is issued

This policy is designed to let you try the product with minimal risk.

After the Beta period, the unconditional refund policy will no longer apply.

Cancellations and refunds will be governed by the provisions below.

• You may cancel renewal at any time
• There is no cancellation fee

Effective upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
• No charges will be incurred for subsequent billing cycles

• You may cancel at any time
• The current month remains active

Refund calculation:

• Months already used will be charged at the standard monthly-plan rate
• The remaining balance will be refunded

Example:

You pay VND 1,188,000 per year for the Lite Plan and cancel after four months:

• Usage fee: 4 × VND 99,000 = VND 396,000
• Refund amount: VND 792,000

We reserve the right to deny a refund in cases involving:

• Abuse of this policy
• The creation of multiple accounts to exploit refunds
• A violation of the Terms of Use

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• The actual time required to receive funds depends on the bank or payment provider
• All refunds are calculated in VND
